Intelligent switching and ‘scene' dimming of lighting throughout the public areas and exclusive suites of the Villa Rotana property is controlled by a total of 6 Futronix PFX System dimmer racks, augmented by 3 Futronix Enviroscene light commercial scene dimmers. The Futronix dimmer units specified and installed throughout this country residence provide all the features the developer-owner has come to expect from Futronix – especially full ‘scene-setting' for every room.

With the installed P400s and P100s featuring true ‘scene' dimming, the owner can set exactly those lighting ‘looks' he desires in each room or area, for entertaining, viewing movies or listening to music, dining, or simply relaxing with a good book. Wake-up scenes for a gentle start to the day, a sleep-delay timer for bedtime, night lighting for corridors and bathrooms, ‘welcome' scenes for exterior lighting for evenings, and control of all security lighting are all available – yet user controls are so simple even visitors or the daily help can operate basic commands and ON/OFF.
